You have been a part of Tailrace Community for over 10 years, probably closer to 15 years – I can’t remember – its an age thing. You have been an employee of Tailrace for 9 years.
I remember your first shifts in Kids Paradise. Remember how you folded the toilet paper in the toilets so that they were like you found them in hotels. You wanted everything special for the public. I remember how you loved the kids that came to play. You weren’t much older then they were but your heart…. You just wanted to make sure that everyone had the best of times. I remember your excitement when you got to dress up when you were a party host.
Loved your heart then and now.
Now your are this phenomenal leader and communicator with an amazing heart for humanity.

You communicating your heart out to youth telling them with tears in your eyes that they matter not only to you, to people but also to God. We have always loved your heart of passion for humanity. The way in which you sense people’s broken parts and respond to it.
You championing the rights of children — their purity, their innocence, their inner beauty and their right to be a child and not have adult burdens.
You being unashamed about being a nerd – playing with star wars.
You learning the beauty of having a generous spirit at such a young age. I will never forget the day when in your early teens you chose to give the money you had saved for your new spanking X Box to the building of Tailrace. You had spent months saving up for it and then you gave it all away in the flash for a dream, a vision. A vision of love for the local community.
Your servant spirit always inspires my heart. You are never too big for dishes, or cleaning or helping someone who needs a hand.
I absolutely love your crazy comedy – even when I don’t get it. I simply love watching your passion, your ethics and your constant ability to make us all enjoy life. Talented, dedicated you are one of our most treasured leaders.
I love how you love your friends and do life with them. Then there is your choice of a wife – beautiful choice.
Simply adore how you let your heart connect and love.
