Every booking funds real change for young people.
Since 2007, we’ve been quietly doing the work, walking with young people who are navigating some of the toughest seasons of their lives.
Youth wellbeing is woven into who we are. The programmes we run, the relationships we build, the long hours we work, all of it is sustained in part by the community that gathers here.

ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY
We're on Tasmania.
We want to keep it beautiful.
Living and working on this island is a gift we don’t take lightly. The rivers, the skies, the land beneath our feet, they belong to all of us, and to those who’ll come after us. So we’ve been steadily, practically doing our part.
- Transitioning the whole centre to LED lighting with a job completion date of 2027
- 222 Solar panels have been installed, reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions.
- It’s estimated that there will be $38,000 in savings per year.
- 206.41 tons of CO2 emissions have been saved since installation
- Only one tree was cut down during the construction of the Tailrace Centre and 120 trees have been planted since.
- Hot water loop insulation, saving $11,711 per year, and reducing CO2 emissions by 4,200kg per year.
- Our roof collects water and recycles it into our floor heating.
