Autumn Weddings are amongst my most favourite.
The colours of nature make the brides dress a stand out and on Saturday we fell in love with Leanne and Mick Bramich’s wedding. They both come from loving families and had a circle of friends who simply knew how to love. We simply loved all the home made touch points that Leanne and her family created. From the home made chutney and jam to Mick’s seating chart. There were simply so many loving touches that we all wished we were guests. There is simply something special about a wedding that is put together by the bride and her family and friends.

Mick and Leanne chose beautiful Autumn fare:
Entree
Slow roasted pork belly with red currant glaze, cinnamon apple compote, red cabbage and cider dressing.
Asparagus, mozzarella and prosciutto parcels with poached egg and hollandaise.
Main
Cider roast chicken with prosciutto and pink apple lady and new potatoes.
Cape Grim eye fillet of Wellington with creamy potato galette, grilled asparagus and port reduction.
Dessert
Wedding cake with raspberry couli and cream
Thank you Mick and Leanne for letting us share your special day. We loved serving you.
